Another new creation from Mr. Pierre Hermé and yet again another surprising, pleasantly surprising, flavour combination - peach, rose and cumin tart…perfectly buttery crumbly pastry, rose almond cream, roasted peaches and cumin sugar sprinkled on the top! Personally, I would have preferred a little bit of a stronger rose flavour…but other than that, really pleased with this one, although as happy as I am to have tasted, I’m not sure I would order another one - but definitely would recommend it! What will he come up with next?
